    Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR) is an online database of immunizations for Wisconsin residents that tracks patients who visit multiple clinics, forecasts what immunizations a patient needs, and runs reports that measure your clinic’s vaccine rates.

  • School & Childcare Vaccine Requirements
    Wisconsin has updated its immunization requirements for child care and school entry. These changes went into effect for child care centers in spring 2024, however, the first child care assessment using this criteria will be done in spring 2025. The changes went into effect for school-age children at the start of the 2024-2025 school year.
